Stupid Techy help needed for complete nerd!

Everyone on here,apart from me,is able to do fantastic links to pictures with blue intro sentences and I would really like to know how you do it!
Feel totally ashamed that I can't.I know there are instructions to my right but I can never make them work and don't understand how you do...

(In Blue)"Wow-Here's one I caught ealier right here...".

Please help!

Right-who know what Google site I can use to search for silly pictures? Just tried to find a silly face on Google and got a stupid adolescent porn site!!

open google and look under search bar, you will see images.
