Anyone ordered from LITTLE LOLLYPOPS? Or know the shop in Bromley?

I ordered a birthday present for DD1 (bday is this week) back on Jan 1. On the tracking page it says 'confirmed order, awaiting despatch.' Have emailed twice. Just rang, and their answerphone isn't taking messages ...

Anyone else had this trouble?

If you're in Bromley - has the shop shut down?

Thanks Franch. Going to check account tomorrow and cancel payment if it hasn't already gone through. I was hoping until I saw this thread that the company were merely a little slow but seems there's a bigger problem. Really disappointed and hope I can get money back. Have you managed to cancel your payment/order? Can't believe you ordered in Jan and it's Apr and still no show, there must be something we can do?

just seen this thread again, i live in bromley and have searched for this shop, its not there! unless it is an office or something above a shop then the address on the website is not right.

I have had the same problems with this so-called company: I placed an order, paid for next day delivery as my order was urgent, received no package, emailed and called the company (received zero response) yet they happily took my money.

I can not believe that companies like this get away with carrying on the way they do.

Consequently I will continue to try and call and email the company to find out when I will be refunded as I have requested that they cancel my order as they have not delivered on time, but I don't hold out much hope of seeing my money again.

I have emailed the Bromley Trading Standards office, emailed ShopSafe and also the Trading Standards/DTI tip-off site for reporting rogue traders. Can I suggest that you do the same if you have had problems with this company...hopefully if more people complain and report them then something will be done.

Hi, I have just joined this site and had problems with Little Lollipops! I ordered 2 items from them a month ago. My money was taken immediately but nothing has arrived. I CANNOT BELIEVE this site is STILL being allowed to trade. I have e-mailed and phoned many times, like others posting here and had no response (phone never answered). The customer comments posted on the site are glowing. I thought I had been had by a bogus site.(the woman losing her husband could be made up??).No matter what tragedy someone has suffered surely they wouldn't keep taking peoples money without delivering? Has anyone here had any joy in getting the items they ordered or their money back?

I placed an order with this company on the 1/9/10 and as to date have not received the goods. the order was for my niece's baby as I am going to visit her down south next month and wished to take the baby a few designer clothes which I know my niece would love but can not afford.I am so disappointed and uneasy about this site still being in use. I have tried to contact Littlelollypops by e-mail, no response, by phone, no contact. I have contacted my credit card company and there is no record of any pending amounts from Littlelollypops but I have been advised to keep checking my account in case the payment is actioned in the future, I was also advised to keep a record of any correspondence I have with this company. I just feel so annoyed that this company are still being allowed to " trade" on the internet. I just hope that everyone who has had problems with this company manage to have them resolved
