Hi all hope you find it and this is the first.

Yeah, get your mam to come over. It is awful when you are really not well. Us mums don't really get time off when we are ill though.

nicolamumof3 · 28/06/2009 08:36

i know its horrible i just feel so spaced out which i don't like with the lo's i think its my temp. oh well hopefully terry should be back this afternoon then i will go back to bed. i always feel sorry for kids when they are stuck indoors tho. and they make such a mess!!

claret1980 · 28/06/2009 08:38

I know what you mean! I was ill lat week and I just had to take them out to stop them destroying everything.

nicolamumof3 · 28/06/2009 08:41

i did yesterday, thankfully the pushchair held me up!!

maxybrown · 28/06/2009 09:44

Nicola ring someone, it is bad enough looking after one when ill, never mind 3!!!

I have a Mutsy urban rider whoever was asking??!!! It is fab, they ar lovely to push and fly down/up pavements. My DH really likes it. The only thing that bugs me is that I don't like the style of the seat how it sits when in rear facing mode....that is me being fussy though!! I am selling it but someone local to me is hopefully having it tomorrow. They seem to go in fits and starts on ebay with prices.

5in -would you really package that pram up on ebay? I quite fancy it if it goes cheap!! As really, I only need a cheap occasional rear facer as I have no intention of getting rid of nipper or mac so I would feel better justified if I can get it cheaply, plus a little something for yourself of course

5inthebed · 28/06/2009 11:29

Maxy, would probably only want what I paid for it if I was to sell. £170 + postage for pram (as I bought the basket seperately as well) and the footmuff, not sure how much as I think I paid over the odds anyway, but its in new condition. Also got a parasol on it's way in red. Was getting a liner made by Snunkie but cancelled the order as not sure I'm keeping Gecko.

What to do, what to do. Need to take it out a few more times to see if I can get over this ridiculous feeling I have!

Nicola, I hope your DP gets back at a decent time today for you. Wish I lived closer!

5inthebed · 28/06/2009 11:33

Bargain XT near me if anyone wants it. I could collect and package

Disenchanted3 · 28/06/2009 11:37

oh that IS a bargain! with footmuff too!

5inthebed · 28/06/2009 11:43

My thoughts exactly. It has the older harness, which I like. I am tempted to get it myself!

maxybrown · 28/06/2009 11:45

5in, I meant the old one on ebay that you linked to....am I making sense??!!!

5inthebed · 28/06/2009 11:53

Ah lol. Sorry, I've got a bit of a wine head on this morning after one too many glasses last night and didn't read it properly. I would indeed if you really wanted it. I have a box I could use so it wouldn't be a problem. They must live really close as well as its the first one that comes up when I do a search in my area.

Disenchanted3 · 28/06/2009 11:57

techno offer was declined. ah well

Disenchanted3 · 28/06/2009 12:02

hi everyone hope your all well
im back now and have been playing in the pool all morning with dd and dh which has been fun

now watching a film really should be tidying up lol.

Im now sorting my hole house out and kkep finding things that i didnt know i had so will have to have a mad ebay day soon lol

claret1980 · 28/06/2009 15:19

Afternoon everyone!

Bet you are all enjoying this lovey weather. We have come home from the park early as I said to dh that I wanted to bid on "something" on ebay. I'm sure he has guessed what it is but I'm not telling him.
I won a M&P Pulse + pushchair for a bargain price. I was thinking that I had enough for a new one but saw this and could pass it up. Better hurry up and list the Ziko on ebay since there is no interest on here. I will get a BJCM one day I'm sure.

claret1980 · 28/06/2009 15:21

Oh, forgot to mention before, if anyone is after a Quinny Zapp for their hols etc, there is one locally, I'm happy to post it if you win it.

tellnoone · 28/06/2009 15:21

Thanks for all the replies. Maxybrown it was me asking about the Mutsy Urban Rider! Think I will hold out for a relatively cheap one on ebay as there's no guarantee I will like it, I seem to bit fussy at the moment with pushchairs. (The only perfect one I have is the Bebeconfort Vit for jumping out of the car and dashing into the shops.)
I will hang on to my Infinity and see if I can get used to it. FlyMeToDunoon yes bumping down kerbs on the back wheels does sound like a good idea.
Thanks again.

BexieID · 28/06/2009 15:41

Dis, dibs on the XT if you sell please. Was it'd sold lol. Still need a suitable from birth buggy for at my mums, and would love to try an XT. Tom can lend me the money in his money box to pay for it,

Speaking of Tom, i've been home from work just under an hour, and no sign of him or DP. Most likely gone to park, but he could have left a note or texted me!

I'm seriously thinking of getting a Skate again, as if I do have an elective section, i'm worried that the chassis on the cdrive will be too low for bending down to put baby in, iykwim.

Disenchanted3 · 28/06/2009 16:29

Bexie if you really want it you can have it,

iwas only buying to split really.

nicolamumof3 · 28/06/2009 16:46

dibs on your pulse + claret i wanted to try one of those.

just had two hours in bed, the house is nice and quiet as terry taken the boys out.

make the most of it bexie! i love coming home to empty house, think its only happened twice!

Disenchanted3 · 28/06/2009 16:50

The kids are in the garden with DH, I seriously need to go shopping, we are having frozen fish & chips for tea

Got nothing in, I wish DH could drive

Bexie I bought the XT as my sister has a crappy mamu buggy with no raincover, I was going to sell the com pack & footmuff and then hopefull the XT would only cost her about £30 IYKWIM? But her son is 2.5 now and she just said she doesn't want another buggy as he walks most places!

But if you don't want it I'll still have it as its a bargain, and I love XTs

BexieID · 28/06/2009 17:15

Dis, you take it. Just been chatting buggies with hmg on msn and will make do with one of the buggies I have (citisport or chicco london) at MIL/my mums. Seems silly getting another one really, although could whine to my mum and she might get me a new one, lol

Would still love to try a Skate, but need to go in the shop and have a good play with one first.

BexieID · 28/06/2009 17:17

Boys are home and Toms fallen asleep on sofa. They walked for 4 miles! Off to MIL for roast dinner soon.
