Does anyone know if you can take the Dazzle covers off and wash them?

Also has anyone had a Combi Dash DX, Bebecar Rversus or Inglesina Ottuto?

nicolamumof3 · 19/03/2009 21:59

it is...maybe the credit crunch is even affecting us pramaholics dunoon?! i must admit im soooo happy with my nipper may get an umbrella fold but its more out of habit than needing or particularly wanting!!

FlyMeToDunoon · 19/03/2009 22:07

Oh thank goodness my computer is working. None of the threads I am watching has moved all night!

Actually I've got to go and sort the humumgus pile of clean washing that is on my living room floor before DP gets home and can't walk through to the kitchen.
Love ya and leave ya.

sweetkitty · 19/03/2009 22:11

So what you thinking of getting Nicola?

nicolamumof3 · 19/03/2009 22:11

nicolamumof3 · 19/03/2009 22:17

oh wow pebbles what you doing? sorry i really am off to bed tho now!! X

pebbles79 · 19/03/2009 22:19

Work for NHS24 taking the calls from sick people! Amazing the amount of people that wait until out of hours to decided they need to see a doctor!

nappyaddict · 19/03/2009 22:35

I think a lot of people do it cos they can't get in to see their normal doctor for about 2 weeks!

OP posts:
pebbles79 · 19/03/2009 22:42

Oh don't get me wrong there are plenty of genuine callers but then there's the ones that have had the same symptoms for a year and don't get me started on man flu!!

BexieID · 19/03/2009 22:50

lol pebbles. DP recently phoned about all his concerns for Tom. Eating, behaviour, everything. Said he was on the phone for half an hour.

BexieID · 19/03/2009 22:54

I just see whichever GP is available. Seen them all now, lol. I like the one who referred us to ENT the best, but they all seem ok.

I feel sick now after eating a bag of Revels .

nicolamumof3 · 20/03/2009 06:45

lol bexie!!

we have to wait ages to see our doc too nappy unless its an 'emergency' even the out of hours docs now won't always see you if its something urgent, they wanted us to wait with luka once when i knewhe had an ear infection!!

oh morning everyone too!

lillypie · 20/03/2009 07:58

Good morning all
Well........... the quest finally arrived yesterday and I LOVE it!!! It's so pretty and light and easy to push,oh no I think I've become a mac convert

FlyMeToDunoon · 20/03/2009 08:54

Morning.
Madly rushing to get to nursery in time but hey I can multitask with the best of them!

Washing on, washing hung out, secondhand shop stuff sorted, breakfast on the go, DDs clothes to get on..... Oooops isn't this the slatterns thread?

FlyMeToDunoon · 20/03/2009 08:55

Glad you like your quest Lillypie.

carrielou2007 · 20/03/2009 09:03

Morning!! Lillypie glad you like your mac (funny how I hated them and yet now I have three??!!)

Flyme you are a domestic goddess (my washing's out and have hoovered but that's it so far!!)

Very quiet on here last night again (I am sad and have been going to bed v early but now I have a week off yay!!)

I am not getting the apples quest (yet) will wait until I have sold the triumph first. It's ridiculous having so many buggies hanging around. I really just want to have two, one in the car and for holidays and a more sturdy walking one. Maybe.

I could sell the black xt tomorrow to babyjj (bless her she keeps gently saying well are you selling or not and I keep umming and ahhing!!) but still loving it at the mo!!

carrielou2007 · 20/03/2009 09:06

Ooh Bexie, thanks for the bagabottle, I forgot to say it came really quickly and is just what I was after - thank you

BexieID · 20/03/2009 10:02

Glad you got it ok carrie. As I said, it was just sat under a chest of drawers not being used.

I've had this week off and done nothing all week, lol. We were supposed to be going to my mums but shes got a bad back/legs and can hardly walk. The physio gave her crutches to use. I'm hoping to go down in 5 weeks if I can get the time off and shes better.

BexieID · 20/03/2009 10:06

Does anyone know a cheap courier that picks up on a saturday? Would like to put a bid on the red Nipper on ebay but the seller either needs a time slot one for weekdays or a saturday one.

nicolamumof3 · 20/03/2009 10:15

saturday pick ups at least £20, could you she be in after 4pm? as senditnow/parcelforce do a 4pm-6.15pm slot?

i LOVE my nipper sooooo much its my 'do it all buggy', shopping basket just arrived so will be able to fit even more in tho get quite a bit in drawstring bag already.

lillypie im so glad you are loving the maclaren, i do miss my macs!

BexieID · 20/03/2009 10:27

Well she did say that she needs to do the school run, so I presume she can be in after 4pm. How much would that cost? The last courier I booked was that cheap payperdrop one!

carrielou2007 · 20/03/2009 10:29

We're just off out for one of our mammoth walks. First stop the park, walk to Aldi (fruit on offer) then Asda, then wrestle dd in the buggy for a sleep, lunch in town, go into work for a bit, maybe on the beach as weather's nice, then walk back to my mum's then home.

House all cleaned and so should stay tidy until this afternoon then in 5 mins dd will change all that!!
