Does anyone know if you can take the Dazzle covers off and wash them?

Also has anyone had a Combi Dash DX, Bebecar Rversus or Inglesina Ottuto?

Dis - don't say that about senditnow I have put pick up between 1 and 5pm today, hope they haven't been whilst I was out

Nicola - DH would disown me for having another pram lol am using the proceeds from the P&T sale to part fund the DDs bunk beds and buy them some lovely new bed linen, they have already chosen what they want, no lovely matching tasteful pink duvet covers here, no they want Fifi and 101 Dalmatians

Am going to get my XT out the shed as well adn spruce it up.

nicolamumof3 · 17/03/2009 12:02

dis i've not had any problems with them and they are always fast in responding to emails too? how annoying.

Disenchanted3 · 17/03/2009 12:03

i can email them tho as i have no tracking number, so it wont allow me to send

Disenchanted3 · 17/03/2009 12:04

nicolamumof3 · 17/03/2009 12:06

SparklyGothKat · 17/03/2009 12:07

hey Dis, don;t worry, the delivery man said that his friend is collecting the bee, he would have taken it otherwise..

nicolamumof3 · 17/03/2009 12:09

ah there you go. i have actually had parcel force come twice on same day even tho i booked two collections together. goodness knows how they work!

Hopi · 17/03/2009 12:13

No Dis, it's this one: cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270359336483&_trksid=p2761.l1259 Look, a spare hood too! Now I just need a baby nest and I'm good to go

Hopi · 17/03/2009 12:16

So I'd better get hubby to get my stash out of the loft so that I can start selling it off...is it worth sorting out a CAT subscription for here or should I stick to ebay do you think?

nicolamumof3 · 17/03/2009 12:19

its slow to sell anywhere atm so i think its best to advertise everywhere!! here you will save on your fees obviously paypal and ebay. i might be interested in that spotty liner? could you measure it for me, unless you think its too girly?

Hopi · 17/03/2009 12:24

Yup, you have first refusal nicola - will get him to get it out later and I'll measure it up for you. I don't think it is girly - we are expecting a boy so I hope not!!!!

shatteredmumof5 · 17/03/2009 12:24

HOPI...How much would you want for the toro carrycot and footmuff as I know someone who may be interested!!!Are they new or used???Thankyou....Im sure youll love the bee by the way!!!

nicolamumof3 · 17/03/2009 12:31

thats great thanks x

Hopi · 17/03/2009 12:33

Hiya shatteredmum
Think I'd want £50 for the carrycot and £25 for the footmuff plus courier. Does that sound reasonable? The carrycot has been very lightly used (still looks new to me!) and the footmuff is BNIP

shatteredmumof5 · 17/03/2009 12:41

Sounds reasonable to me too.....Will try and get hold of her but she is at work so may not be able to until tonight!!!Will message you on here when I make contact!!

Hopi · 17/03/2009 12:43

That is fine or message me on my email if you prefer [email protected] No rush, as I can't sell until the Bee arrives

Disenchanted3 · 17/03/2009 13:40

How much did you get it for Hopi? Im nosey!

Hopi · 17/03/2009 13:48

£225 Sellers suggestion, not mine! And they are couriering (is that a word???) it too Just goes to show that if you don't ask, you don't get

Disenchanted3 · 17/03/2009 13:51

OMG thats fab!!!

with a spare hood too??

If you sell your red one can I have dibs!

Hopi · 17/03/2009 13:51

Do the normal bug bag clips fit on the bee?

Hopi · 17/03/2009 13:52

Think the red one is the one that will be staying on it most of the time. So far I've had 6 red pushchairs - I LOVE red

nicolamumof3 · 17/03/2009 13:53

thats an excellent price with spare hood, well done hopi!

sweetkitty · 17/03/2009 16:16

Hi ladies well P&T is on it's way to Insertwitty.

Luna arrived and I am very about it. Have already contacted the seller with my conerns, basically the wheels are really worn, I mean my 4 1/2 yo Maclaren has less use on the wheels, loads of scratches and a few marks and I cannot get the zip up on the apron. I know I only paid £55 for it but feel that her description was really misleading as she said she had had it for 6 months but then in a later e-mail said her DD was 18 months old and she had copied the spec from the M&P website for a version 3 which this is not.

What do you think ladies of superior pram knowledge, am I expecting too much from a second hand pram?

sweetkitty · 17/03/2009 16:16

Apart from that I do actually really like it

nicolamumof3 · 17/03/2009 16:23

it should have been acurately listed SK, i think she has mislead you certainly. she may well have only had it for 6m but that means she wouldn't have bought it new herself. her listing must have accurately described the useage, ime the wheels don't wear easily so it must be quite old/well used. also if theres a fault with the apron too that should have been mentioned. is it otherwise clean? can you link the listing (tho i can't look til im home?) otherwise she will have to take it back and refund you.
