Is there such a thing as a glow in the dark drinking flask?

Ds wakes up in the night and has a drink of water. It is a non-leak cup so we put it next to him in bed, but most nights he loses it and I have to get up to help him find it

(or most annoying... "Mummy mummy I can't find my.....oh here it is!", when I am already at his bedside )

Would a glow in the dark thing work do you think? Or can you get glow in the dark indelible paint or something?

That must be a sight....

Would one of those little plug-in nightlights help, maybe?

yes a nightlight or one of those touch-on ones

but i think the pouch over the side of the bed is your best bet

use a peg bag if you cant be arsed fashioning one

I think you are all very smart and ingenious

I have a friend who makes drawstring bags so we have lots already. I am just wondering where to put it so he can 100% find it (and don't you think the faffing around with the drawstring might waken him up a bit much?)

Has he got a bedframe of any sort? Could you get one of these devices ? Or one of these ?

F&Z I think you are maybe a little too scared of him waking up. I think silently fumbling with a drawstring will wake him a lot less than yelling for you.

just tell yourself - he will go back to sleep if he wakes. He will.

LOL Colditz you have rumbled me

Basically after 3 years of disturbed nights I am jealously guarding my sleep. If I can enable him to stay asleep / get back to sleep easier I am going to go for it.

Do these things glow because they're radioactive?
