Make up getting messed up during sex!

If you have make up on during the day and end up getting all hot and sweaty under the sheets with your other half, does your make up get all messy? With me it's a case of face makeup pretty much disappearing, and my mascara flaking all over the place. Meaning if we are then going out I need to take it all off and start again. Which for me is a faff. How do others 'handle' this???

How about your shagging hair OP, how do you deal with that? It's one conundrum after another, when you think about it...

Maybe when you get the face-lift you're talking about on your other thread, it will make this issue easier for you.

Either way, I'm not sure how you've got to this age without fathoming it out. Caught in a downpour / sweaty session at the gym or in the bedroom? Wash your dial and touch up your make up if you need to go out again.

I don't wear make up

Sometimes I can get away with a quick tidy up and shower without getting face wet but if it's a particularly heavy session I just shower and redo my make up.

If I have sex during the day and need to go out again afterwards I'll just touch it up. It does get a bit smudged, but I use long lasting lip colour so at least I don't have to redo that.

To those of you telling op to shower, I never do if I'm just popping out after daytime sex. I love the post coital smell. Keeps me on heat for a good while after.

Not me but then with 2 kids under 3, getting dressed is really a triumph and day time sex is not something I concern myself with.

I don't know why the OP is getting such a hard time. I make an effort with makeup. After sex I look a mess, smudged, eyebrows missing...even with setting spray. Not usually going out afterwards but it does need patching up!

So just redo it then no need to start a thread about it?!

Sometimes ruined makeup is part of the fun. I once dated a guy who would sit and watch me do my makeup, just so he could tell me how pretty I looked and then smear it all over my face as we had sex.

As PP have said, just wipe it off and re-apply if you need to go out afterwards.
