I watch a film every week with my friend. He is at his house, me at mine. We are both into BDSM, and started out watching BDSM movies, we ran out and started to watch other movies, mostly cult type classics.

We need some new ideas. Just for example, we started with Belle du Jour and then the Piano Teacher, The Night Porter, etc, we gave up when we tried to watch Justine, it was worse than a carry on movie.

Since then we've covered Being John Malkovich (one of my all time faves), Casablanca, Betty Blue, all the Tarantino movies. We are running out of ideas - we've watched over 100 movies and we need ideas. The sexier the better!

Just for info, we don't and never have had sex with each other, we just enjoy hanging out in our respective homes, commenting on the films via What's App as we watch.

Hit me with your sexiest films- the raunchier the better, preferably not Hollywood blockbuster type, I can't bear guns or car chases!

Casablanca happened because we'd run out of BDSM and started on cults films and he had never seen it.

Recently we have watched.

Shame, it was depressing.

We also had a dystopia theme going on for a while so we watched 1984, Brazil and others, we are fed up of dystopias!

watched it with someone i did have a BDSM thing with but must admit didn't find it sexy or great - a bit thin. Of historic interest only for me, though would have preferred a good doc on her I think.

If you fancy a little trip back in time to the 70s, maybe Last Tango in Paris or Emmanuelle. Nine and a half weeks might be worth a rewatch. Probably too tame though.

I'm not sure why watching sex themed movies is odd with someone I'm not involved. Maybe I'm odd, we met on online dating, he's a Dom, I'm a sub. We decided we didn't want to start a scene thing, but we have become great friends, it's been nearly four years, during which time we have met for lunch or coffee three or four times a year where we catch up with our sex lives and we meet weekly online to watch movies. We live alone in the same city con opposite sides. We often chat for ages after, either about the film or our lives. It's fun, it's not in the least bit odd IMO, but it's makes no difference we will continue.

Could you not make meeting up a thing? Like he films you, with a vid cam, directing you around the areas in which you meet. He could make it a controlling situation, making you do things, posing in a particular way. You can heat up or tone down a situation like this. Then go back and watch it together on one of your screens. You need absolute trust and perhaps it is your camera he uses.

"Chaliton" why would we want to do that? We have a relationship that works, we are great friends, we don't want to spice it up, we get what we need from it and we both get our sexual needs met elsewhere.

Thanks to those suggesting movies made by proper film directors, I really don't want to be in amateur bdsm porn myself!

I'm making note of all the suggestions. If it's mainstream it's likely we've seen it. We did Betty Blue a few months ago. A great movie, I like subtitles films, he's not so keen, his eyesight makes reading subtitles more difficult. But we've managed a fair few despite this!

Ah Blue Velvet! Sorry, I always muddle up Blue Velvet with Betty Blue! Yes, it's on our list, I'm not sure why we've not watched it yet- I've seen it before but he hasn't. I like David Lynch movies.
