HELP WITH ANAL

First of I'd just like to say I'm not great at writing and spelling soplease don't troll me it's just unneeded,had it before and on here and it's just not nice!

Anyway Me and my boyfriend have been together 10 years and enjoy anal probably every 2 months ish I enjoy it so much but the first 30 seconds of pain till I relex really puts me off...I've been looking in to more prep work to make it a bit more smoother should we say but we had a bad experience about a year back were we put the anal beads in whilst we did a couple house chores until we went to do the deed and my bum had completely swallowed the lot pull cord aswell😬 fast forward to now where I'm thinking maybe stretch my bum with butt plugs but I'm terrified incase something like this happens again, how do you all go about it???

my preferred breakfast is home made hummus on toast and I like to ring the changes by added beetroot to it sometime. I just whizz it all up in the blender. It’s delicious.

Just a word of caution
I am not proud of it but I have had a lot of anal sex - some of you may know why
I have to admit I do enjoy it - It started with my first partner many years ago - we went out and bought a very small butt plug - before anyone asks it was 100% my decision and my partner did no force me into it
