Squirting

WhiskeyMakesMeFrisky · 22/01/2022 14:56

Does anyone want to talk about squirting? I don't care for a debate about what substance it is (mainly cos I don't actually know) ๐Ÿ˜†

But squirting ....... how amazing is it when it happens?! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ƒ

I often squint, but only during oral and when really turned on. And my husband says its definitely not pee, or certainly not strong, as he often gets a face/mouthful.

Jane1978xx · 02/02/2022 09:33

Well that ruined my fantasy of a sex club if it just smells of piss. I donโ€™t think squirt is piss and we should go off what our own bodies tell us and what we like. A lot of doctors and scientists donโ€™t believe the g spot exists. And itโ€™s not too long ago women were going to the doctors to get fingered to cure mental illness

Hilarious vision of squinting during oral ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

People on here get extremely offended when others state the facts, squirting is mainly piss. They can go on about how it doesn't taste or smell but as long as you drink a lot urine shouldn't smell of much anyway. I've squirted a couple of times and I enjoyed the sensation, but I am aware it is most likely mainly urine and that's fine, I just put a towel down first. There have been many studies on this and yes whilst there may be fluid that comes from the small gland (think it's skene's gland?), The amount of fluid would be hardly anything, and would still be mixed with pee anyway. Your bladder fills up during sexual activity even if you have been for a wee before. And the reason acts like hard fingering cause 'squirting' is because that's what puts the most pressure on the bladder. I watched a tutorial once and the woman even said she presses down on her bladder when being fingered to make herself squirt. ๐Ÿคฃ I do think it's become this thing everyone wants to do because of porn, and because a lot of men are obsessed with the idea that a woman isn't enjoying sex if she isn't projecting large volumes of liquid out of her during it.

So tell me enlightened ones,,,,,

What is the content of the natural lubricant a female secretes when fully turned on?

oviraptor21 · 04/02/2022 00:44

I'm puzzled how there can be so much piss in a fluid which exits through the vagina.

Interestingly the lubricating fluid is exuded by the vaginal skin cells, and is mainly water from the blood capillaries in the vaginas membrane with some additional proteins. Itโ€™s produced by all of the vaginal skin rather than coming from one location.
foxgoosefinch · 04/02/2022 01:59

*vaginal not vaginas!

Squirting doesnโ€™t - even if it comes from Skeneโ€™s glands those are either side of the urethra.
SexEdInMy50s · 04/02/2022 10:48

Anyone know how common it is? I only heard of it recentlyโ€ฆ and have you talked about it with friends?

Do most people have same negative associations as Bertha?

Iโ€™m so pleased to find this post - this just happened to me, post menopause and since getting divorced. The first time I did think Iโ€™d wet myself (was highly embarrassed - and didnโ€™t see the guy again, despite him being absolutely fine about it).

Recently- with a different guy - he knew all about it and found it quite the turn on
Iโ€™m still getting my head round itโ€ฆ

oviraptor21 · 04/02/2022 17:37

The squirting I do does not come out of the urethra, it comes out of the vagina, pretty much like when my waters broke pre birth.

foxgoosefinch · 04/02/2022 17:47

Thereโ€™s no physiological mechanism for large amounts of watery fluid to come out of the vagina. Where would it come from?

foxgoosefinch · 04/02/2022 17:48

(amniotic fluid is the fluid surrounding the baby in the amniotic sac - it doesnโ€™t exist when youโ€™re not pregnant).

Hyly68 · 04/02/2022 19:33

pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25545022/

Scientific evidence and analysis of the fluid says itโ€™s urine.

so you're saying it's some other liquid from some other bladder, one which curiously doesn't show up on X rays or during surgery, dissections etc?
MrsBerthaRochester · 04/02/2022 23:11

No it does come out of your urethra not your vagina. I think perhaps you should use a mirror and have a good look at your anatomy.
I dont have a negative view of it. I actually enjoy watersports. What I have a problem with is women feeling pressured into pissing themselves to fulfil mens porn fantasies.

Rocaille · 05/02/2022 00:51

I'm an occasional 'squirter'. Feels pretty good. But I agree with previous posters: the liquid is almost certainly urine. It's another dumb porn trend.

IME the female form is so complex, just experiencing the different orgasms a female can have is fascinating in itself.
the liquid's that she produces when sexually aroused are also fscinating. The pudendal nervous system is complex and once triggered who knows what happens.

This is worth reading

Ha. In most of the more striking examples of FE that one sees in pornography, the volume of looks to be well over 100ml. Other then through a filmmaker's trickery, there's only one place in any human body than anywhere near that quantity of clear liquid, especially clear liquid expelled with decent force, is coming from. The bladder

MrsBerthaRochester · 05/02/2022 17:57

Im actually quite shocked someone thought it came from their vagina. Surely its basic biology to know where pee comes from?

This is how I would've described it as well.
TheWhalrus · 07/02/2022 12:00

@HoneyRose87

So Iโ€™ve had a look into this and it seems the majority is urine mixed with prostatic secretions.

Conclusions: The present data based on ultrasonographic bladder monitoring and biochemical analyses indicate that squirting is essentially the involuntary emission of urine during sexual activity, although a marginal contribution of prostatic secretions to the emitted fluid often exists.

Anyway, if you enjoy doing it, it doesnโ€™t matter what it actually is.

@HoneyRose87 I looked this up and mostly agree.

This link suggests there is a difference between female ejaculation (low volume of viscous fluid, originating from Skene's glands (sometimes described as 'the female prostate' and containing prostate-specific antigens, glucose and fructose) and what the authors define as 'squirting (gushing)' which seems to come from the bladder and is basically urine. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29285596/

I would add that the notion that women have a prostate remains somewhat controversial (this is not what I was taught at medical school).
