I do enjoy it, though always advise some caution as they can be very sensitive and tender (hence why a boot in the balls hurts so much). So gentle sucking is definitely the way to go. +1 for giving them a squeeze or caress at the point of orgasm, greatly enhances the whole experience

Does nothing for me as genuine 'sexual' feeling, IYSWIM, but is a nice sign of tenderness and affection, in the same way as kissing your tummy or chest.

Male here, I'm always clean and shaven down there, and had my balls sucked once and the feeling was incredibly good - but was too much to handle, so maybe as someone else has said, shaven, smooth balls are incredibly sensitive. Since that girlfriend (about 4 or 5 years ago) I've never had another gf who has offered or done that wonderful experience to me (that particular gf that did, it wasn't something I asked for, so I'm guessing all my other gf's since had never thought to do it or were unaware of doing that to a man ?).
