Condoms that improve sex for DH

So...my DH had complications when he had a circumcision as an adult due to medical issues.
It has left him with reduced sensation which makes sex hard for him...or having an orgasm.
He can achieve it having regular sex but it is difficult for him and takes a long time and he gets very frustrated. This has caused him to prefer not to have sex which is an issue for me. I like sex and I find it important for a healthy relationship.
He can climax from oral sex but this takes quite a while and I don’t always want to do this.
Also he is a bit prudish and doesn’t want to talk about it which drives me mad. I would try almost anything to make it better for him!
My question is. Is there such a such a thing as a condom that might increase his sensation? And which are best?
Thanks!

I haven't heard of any such condom, but can I make a suggestion? A good way to help men deal with penis issues is to take their penis out of the equation for a while. Would he give you oral sex if it wasn't leading to penetration? Would he use a toy on you? Would he like to watch you touch yourself?

He has obviously built penetrative sex into quite a big deal in his mind, you could try making it less of a big deal for him.

Thank you for replying!
He wouldn’t to be honest. It doesn’t help that I am keen on sex either. He refused sex for 3 years. Even oral or anything else. We only just started reconnecting in this way.
I don’t mind giving him a BJ and I do but essentially I want an orgasm too and feel connected.
He is too prudish to consider toys etc.

Perhaps research gels such as the Durex play or intimate ranges. Although intended to, er, help the female partner, perhaps some lube on his bell end may help. You often see in American movies when boys/men are going to masturbate they whip out some gel, that’s because circumcision is very common over there and wanking a dry bell end isn’t pleasant. Google Durex Gel or try Lovehoney.

Look on lovehoney for something called a "stroker". While you could consider it a "toy" it's not battery operated or a fake fanny or anything, it's basically a sleeve with ribs or dots in that provides extra stimulation. You could use this to give him a more extreme (and quicker) handjob, so maybe it wouldn't be as much a "toy" to him if you were using it on him.
