Massively, crazily horny- anyone else?

I've NC for this because it's actually not hard to work out who I am from a lot of my previous posts. So best to be on the safe side.

I have a problem and I want to know if others have the same issue.

For about 3 or 4 days a month when I'm ovulating I get ridiculously horny. Like massively horny. Me and DH can have sex three or four times but almost straight away afterwards I'm horny again. I wake up in the morning really wet (sorry, TMI); in the shower I'm imaging DH or someone else coming in for sex; all day at work I'm constantly thinking about sex; over dinner all I can think about is getting to bed to shag; after we've shagged in bed, I get horny again and often fall asleep having sexual fantasies.

I obviously don't get any relief for this horniness at work and sometimes my vagina actually hurts because I'm gagging for it. Like, aches almost.

PLEASE tell me I'm not the only one...

My wife was like that for about 6 weeks during her 1st pregnancy. Often Used to wake up twice a night having an orgasm. We would have sex twice a day or more and often id help out as required in between if I wasn't up for it as it were.
Bit even without when kot pregnant we she would dream about sex a couple of nights a week.

However mow she's late 40's its all a distant memory sadly

Exactly as you describe except it was a massive factor in my marriage breakdown. ExH wouldn't have sex with me and it drove me mad. I would have thought a predictably horny wife would have been a good thing, but apparently not! I considered going on the pill to stop it and then thought that taking medicine in order to stay in a relationship wasn't a great idea.

So now I'm single, and it still happens

I hear you man. Recently my hormones went insane, my cycle got close together and I was constantly uncomfortably horny For most of it. I wailed to the husband because it was a nightmare.

I just put it down to my age (early 40s) and on some sort of slope downwards fertility wise and my body wants a shot of another baby type of thing. Some people get massive broodiness and others get the constant hard on.

Anyway that was just my theory but I started on b vitamins a couple of months ago and things seem to be a lot calmer... which is a massive relief.

When on the pill though it takes away the crazy cravings.
I do miss it but don't want to fall pregnant so I'm considering other options at the moment.
Would trying the pill be an option for you if you want to tone things down ? Or maybe your already on the pill ?

I'm like this, maybe worse, I don't have a partner so I masturbate a lot and usually have at least 3 orgasms a day, but it's more like 6-7.

I'm like this at the moment but heavily pregnant which makes things difficult! I so wish I felt as horny when I'm not pregnant... no belly in the way etc. Stupid hormones!

I know what you mean, OP. It's mid cycle for me too. Sometimes I can't concentrate at work. It lasts for 2 or 3 days. I came off the mini pill, because I had no libido & it's so much better having a natural cycle (apart from the occasional raging horn!)

Your not alone. Since finishing with my exh 2 years ago my sex drive has increased and I think about sex way too much. I'm finding it hard as I have just got into a new relationship and he lives quite far away so I can't get sex on tap. I have had FWB in the past just because if I can't be without sex. I'm worse a week before my period. I'm not sure why I'm like it now ( mid 30's ), I survived in a almost sexless marriage for many years and had a really low sex drive.

Since having ds3 11 months ago I've turned into a sex pest. DP isn't very interested though. I'm 27 and from blood tests showing signs of early peri-menopause.
