Yeehaa! Scotland Going To World Cup Finals!

Did anyone else see the match tonight?
What a rollercoaster of a match ending in ecstasy as Scotland will be going to USA next summer! First time since 1998!

Incredible! That last goal was unbelievable, was shouting at the ref to blow the bloody whistle for the last 2 minutes then the 4th goal went in! Such a great moment!

Yes. It was incredible. All the highs and lows, not daring to hope that we could get through. And then those last few minutes when we were shouting at the ref to blow his whistle and then look what happened. You could hear the pundits in the box shouting “Shoooot!” And the going absolutely crazy when the ball went in.

I saw a comment on FB that said something along the lines of “imagine scoring from your own half and it’s still only the third best goal of the game”.

I think that was my favourite goal though because I didn’t think the ref was ever going to blow the whistle and that one confirmed it for us.

I’ve given myself both a sore throat and sore head from yelling and I was just watching at home on my own as DH is working tonight.

I’ve been having a really shitty time of things recently so honestly this has been exactly what I needed today. Still can’t believe it and I can’t stop watching the reels of the goals.

I put it on cause I’m just missing watching my team in what I think has been the longest international break ever. I thought Scotland played out of their skin and it was so emotional for players like Andy Robertson.

Will be happy to get back to the domestic season though xx

I am in no way football inclined but there is something about these important Scotland games. I can’t help my self.

A fantastic result no doubt but countries should really be boycotting the United States right now until Trump is removed from office, so hopefully there will be an announcement on that soon? 🤞

I do feel a a bit sorry for Kasper Schmeichel as he had thought the game was over and came out of goal. And then you could see his brain going fcccck fcccck fcccck as the ball sailed over him. Back of the net.

PS Leicester supporter here. The lad did good when we were promoted to the Premiership.

Couldn’t sleep last night as DH was watching the goals on his iPad, on repeat, and kept nudging me to watch again.🙄

They did great, didn’t give up. It was a filthy night, but the crowd lifted them all the way.

It’s not over till it’s over! At least that wasn’t the deciding goal. That would have been worse for him.
