The thing about Ruth Davidson is that you could completely disagree with every word which came out of her mouth, yet still recognise that she was smart, clever and very very good at thinking on her feet and challenging Sturgeon/Salmond. Sturgeon is a similarly polished politician and after Davidson left, the others just couldn't challenge her, she just rang rings round them. I think they were all also a wee bit scared of her.

I don't think Ruth D is scared of anyone or anything.
