ForWomen Scotland have now released info/advice on how to respond to the GRR bill going through Scottish Parliament right now.

If this is something you'd like to get involved with, links below!

'Welcome to our campaign to Save Our Sex in Scottish law and life. After ignoring the concerns we all raised in previous public consultations, failing to address issues raised by women’s groups, and even disregarding the Equality and Human Rights Commission’s advice to give the matter more consideration, the Scottish Government is continuing on its merry way to amending the law to make a person’s sex a matter of personal choice rather than an objective reality.

We have a couple of action points which we hope as many people as possible complete. It’s really important we get our views across to the MSPs on the Committee scrutinising the reform Bill and to all our MSPs who will shortly be voting on it.'

He's come out before (2019? I think) in defence of JKR and has drawn the wrath of the TRA's - I can't say his motivation for definite but I'd probably lean towards him being aware of the issues around women's rights. He doesn't seem to particularly care about any backlash which is probably good given the epic tantrums going on. * *
