Still Yes? Still No?

Almost a year after the referendum, I'm wondering if anyone regrets how they voted.

In the interests of transparency, I was a Yes voter, and would vote Yes again.

Now that the lie about once in a generation has been exposed I trust we won't be hearing any complaints about us No voters demanding another referendum if we lose next time. Scottish referenda best out of 3!

It's the snotty parochial small minded-ness of it all too. I am Scottish and I love my country but clearly that isn't allowed unless I vote Yes. I think there was a time for Scottish Independence and there may be a time again for it, but it isn't now and I am also resentful of the fact that it was "once in a generation" but here we go again. I am sure we wouldn't be getting a chance to change our mind if the vote went the other way. Why not just get n with making sure you get the extra powers promised and actually start doing something about running the country well and maybe we would be so far down the road that independence becomes inevitable? That doesn't suit the agenda though as NS in the same way that AS was, wants her name to be on that history book - regardless of whether it is the right thing for the Scottish people.

Still no. Think I'd always be a no.

Just found the new chat app on my phone so off to actually read the thread now Wink
