Life insurance question

Just wondering if anyone on here has life insurance and can recommend legit companies? Just had a touch and go with Polly until I decided to google last minute about them (whilst literally on the phone to them🙈🤣) and too many sites claiming there a scam to take the risk. Hung up and blocked, was hoping you guys here could help! Tia x

I took mine out via legal and general- it was good as you can either pat based on your monthly budget for payments or based on how much cover you need

Ours is LV :) we use Legal and General for our pension though so confident they’re a good shout too! Bloody hope so at least 😂

We have LV too - taken out with advice from an IFA we know well. One thing to bear in mind if you are a SAHM is that your DH needs to insure you for what he'd need to pay for domestic help to cover what you do at home - eg childcare as well as laundry and cleaning - which is likely to come to more than you need to insure him for (ie his income).

Go with an IFA they can offer more benefits than the online versions

My DH is an insurance broker so I'd definitely recommend one, they're usually free!

We've got cover that if one of us dies or becomes disabled we get a pay out to pay off the mortgage. Xant remember what it's called though
