All right so some of you may laugh at this post, but since getting pregnant I've become a bit more er aware about cleanliness in the bedroom, my DH on the other hand has decided that baths aren't for him (we don't even have a shower) he's stinky! For about a week and a half now all I've been asking him to do is wash one particular part of himself and all he does is get into a great big sulk about it and says 'you'll have to wait for me to have a bath then'.....AAAAAAAARGH!!! Is it too much to ask?! How can I herd him into the bath....he's bigger than me!

I got him in the bath, hurray! Although I still refused to do anything with him and went to sleep instead ... Kipper Cock love it! I tried babywipes and he refused, I think we need a shower and I need a lasso and a big whip so that I can make sure he goes in it every day, men!! Pah!!

HappyDaddy · 06/04/2005 11:43

I knew there were good reasons why I am single
Kipper Cock

One babywipe wouldnt do any good i fear - perhaps the new Toilet duck power brush thingy could help though

expatinscotland · 06/04/2005 12:08

That's beyond mingin'. Our whole family bathes/showers at least once a day as well. Think a shower is a worthwhile investment.

If he doesnt bathe, does he brush his teeth at least?

Barf. I've had some whiffy people sit next to me on the bus, and I have a weak stomach as it is. I get up and move.

completelysecretposter · 06/04/2005 12:35

He does brush his teeth although he didn't for a long time because he couldn't get an appointment at the dentist and all his wisdom teeth were cracking causing him lots of pain, so I'm used to him stinking! Not sure our bathroom is big enough for a shower, maybe the tiniest of wall mounted ones would be ok, Do you reckon I should change my normal MN name to 'MrsKipperCock' or do you think they'd tell me off?

i told dh about this thread last night. He said "make him sleep elsewhere until he sorts himself out, the dirty bastard" He agreed with whoever said he should sleep in the bath!

WifeOfTheKipper · 06/04/2005 13:00
