fuck

hughjarssss · 13/08/2008 23:36

But if you are telling people, for example you're cousin, then I would suggest telling you're dp before he hears about it from someone else

Grin
Mamazon · 13/08/2008 23:36

i think there was a study done that said 78% of women had bisexual tendancies.
how they know that i'm not sure...but thats what it said.

I think it's less of a big deal for a woman to kiss another woman than it would be for two men to kiss.

Is your friend gay/bi? is it something you wuold like to explore some more or was it curiosity cured.

mamadiva · 13/08/2008 23:38

LOL at olympics.

I don't know how I'd feel honestly It's kind of like well I wouldn't mind a one off but anymore and Id be annoyed at him but should I tell him or not?

We are always in amongst opposite sex so isn't because of that most of my mates are guys infact hav about 1 or 2 female friends.

interesting nwhatyou are saying about social acceptability

solidgoldbrass · 13/08/2008 23:38

Well FFS olympicsnot, the vast majority of people are somewhere on the bisexual continuum, and it's not really that big a deal. OK there are some tragic losers who would file for divorce over a single kiss under the mistletoe, but one kiss is not necessarily that big a deal. And I would say that if the OP feels it was a silly one off she might be better off keeping it to herself, but if she feels it was more than that (ie she thinks she may well be more bisexual than she had previously assumed) I would recommend some thinking and some reading on the subject before launching into a conversation with DP.

Surely not mamazon? Amsterdam boasts the most gay city with 15% of folk being gay, and a further 15% who just dont know it yet . That doesnt stack with your 78%......

zippitippitoes · 13/08/2008 23:40

well there are different things there is discussing it and wanting it

not very clear if its just a curiosity thing and a zeitgeist heat magazine thing or something more sexual

olympicsnotfederer · 13/08/2008 23:41

aww, sgb

this is my last word tonight (honest)

you need to lighten uo a bit sometimes

Mamazon · 13/08/2008 23:43

yeah apparanlty the majority of women have bisexual tendancies even if they dont realise.
i can't even remember where i read it but i just remember thinking that it couldn't be true as i know plenty of women that would be appauled at the thought.

it said that women can watch a porn scene of two women and find it sexually stimualting and not even realise.

I think its the study that Dawn Porter based her "goes lesbian" documentary on.

zippitippitoes · 13/08/2008 23:44

id certainly prefer to watch two women in porn than two men

mamadiva · 13/08/2008 23:44

Is just confusing shes straight and so am I. It was just something that seemed to happen but then again we have always had tension but I reckon it's the dirty dancing with each other that causes that lol.

OP posts:
Mamazon · 13/08/2008 23:46

me too Zippi. the thought of two men actually turns me off...even though i have many many gay friends. i think im jealous lol

zippitippitoes · 13/08/2008 23:46

there wouldnt be much point in telling dp really would there

CoteDAzur · 13/08/2008 23:47

He will love it.

lilacbloom · 13/08/2008 23:56

Yes, but unbeknown to me, I was set up. It confused the hell out of me for years.
I will always remember dh dad (on talking about his best friend who came out at 55) saying that everyone has the tendancy to swing either way.

mamadiva · 14/08/2008 00:24

Oh I really don't know what to do and ain't getting much help here people!

Anymore advice?

OP posts:
Mamazon · 14/08/2008 00:31

only you know your DP.
would he normally find the idea of a girl on girl kiss gratifying? if so then I imagine he will think it funny and think no more of it.

but to me it seem's what your partner thinks is not really the point. i think you are confused as to your OWN feelings about this and that is what you need to concentrate on.
after all you need to know the answer's to the questions your partner may well pose.

mamadiva · 14/08/2008 00:38

Hope my boyfriend won't mind it

It felt so wrong but felt so right

Dont mean im in liove tonight LOL.

OP posts:
zippitippitoes · 14/08/2008 00:40

well it sounds prurient but the obvious question is did the kissing make you feel sexually aroused

the answer to that should be easy enough

i agree if it was just some messing about then only you know if he will think its funny or be turned on by it or be upset

how it makes you feel only you know

MrsBates · 14/08/2008 00:43

Are there many lesbian mamas on here?

mamadiva · 14/08/2008 08:49

LMFAO.

So this is what I get up to when I've had a drink then LOL. Sorry I must've thought it'd be funny to start a random thread last night HAHA.

from a male point of view, if my oh kissed (as in romantic kiss, not peck on the lips etc) another woman she'd be gone as i'd see it as infidelity.
