How soon would you get married after giving birth?

This is entirely hypothetical, but I'm currently trying for baby number 2 and just got engaged.

I'm wondering what's the youngest you'd want your DC to be at your wedding - I was thinking maybe 1?

Would love to hear any success/horror stories!

I got married three months after giving birth. I was still fat and milky. It was a disaster really. I should never have married him. I didnt love him. I just wanted DS to have a father. He was a nasty man with a vicious temper. A terrible father and husband.
I could support me and DS on my own. I didnt need him. Obviously we are now divorced.
