Partner behaviour

Hey, I posted a few weeks ago about something similar but basically, my partner has recently (well, for about 3 months) had mentionitis for someone in work.
A few weeks ago, he was added to a work group chat including her (started the job in October so quite a while after to be added to this).
He was meant to go on a night out but it ended up being in someone house who apparently lives nearby to him. Mentionitis colleague apparently didn't go.

What I'm a bit unsure about- he said it's not gonna be a late night, and I went to bed at 12 or so. He sent me a message at 1.45 the another one 2 hrs later to say he was leaving. Idk if I'm being paranoid but normally he would say he was home safe etc but nope, and haven't heard anything this morning. Unsure why there was a 2 hour gap then "going home".

Been together 6.5yrs and spent most of our time together but no house or kids. Unsure if this is normal/ I'm overreacting to be concerned?

I looked at your previous thread about your concerns over this colleague. You said that the messages between them were flirty and he messages her outside work whilst he is with you but is secretive about doing it. And he has mentionitis.

So yes I think I think you are right to be concerned about his relationship with this woman and yes I would be suspicious about the night out with his colleagues. Do you know if she is single?

@Surprisedmystified can you link other thread please? Not sure how to look it up.

@NetflixAndKill

I've not done a link on MN before so I hope this works!
