DH never takes photos!

Not a particularly serious post, just wondering if other DH/DP’s are similar?
DH never takes photos if we are out for the day/away on holiday. He’s never taken a photo of us together unless I’ve asked him (his phone camera is much better than mine). Doesn’t take photos of scenery, or tourist attractions. Will occasionally take a photo of a dinner in a restaurant or the cat but that’s it! Is this weird or normal?

I don't take photos, except of dinner in restaurants sometimes, and also cute dogs sometimes. I'm a crap photographer with wobbly hands and always manage to make everything look worse than it was. And I don't like to take myself out of the moment of enjoying something to get lighting, angles etc just right.

It's not a man vs woman thing (DP is a much better photographer than I am) and it's certainly not an indication of how much you care about someone. Batshit view.

Live for the now, I will go on a night out and you see groups of women dancing and rather than talking and laughing with each other they are pointing a phone at themselves and singing into it to shove on social media. It's really odd.

Barely have any photos of me pre social media and what j have now are when we might be somewhere with the kids and the wife says let ne get a pic of you with them and take one of me with them. No regrets if I ain't captured moments but they will remain in my head and fantastic memories of happy times.

I'm a man and I dislike taking pics in general...and it gets on my dw nerves.
