Notifications switched off partners phone

I have just noticed that Lock Screen message notifications are completely switched off my partners phone. So when he receives a message and his phone is locked it doesn't show up at all that he's received a message. This wasn't the case before. I asked him about it he said he hasn't changed his settings. He has changed the settings because it wasn't like that before. He said I am creating a problem out of nothing. What shall I do?

His settings may have changed but it does mean he changed them. Software updates have an annoying habit of changing settings. You have his passcode for gods sake.

Could be nothing. I have mine off because I am on a mobile and landline all day constantly through work. Last thing I want to fucking hear is a phone on MY time. I ignore the annoying bastard. Always someone needing instructions, advice, asking for something all day. You don’t want a phone beeping in those circumstances at home. Is he in a job like that?

So? He's allowed any settings he wants on his phone. Why do you need to do anything?

This!

If my husband went through my phone he’d have serious cause to be suspicious based on your reasoning OP.

I have two phone numbers. He doesn’t have my second number. I have two WhatsApp accounts on my phone.

I don’t have read receipts or last seen/online turned on.

I don’t have any notifications for messenger.

I have about 8 email accounts. My husband only knows of one.

I use private browsing most of the time.

I have locked chats on WhatsApp. He doesn’t know about these either.

There’s an innocent reason for each one of the above.

Do you have other reasons to be so suspicious?

It was a year ago! She's probably sorted now or they've split.
