Hi All,

I hope you’re doing ok. I first posted in 2018, I was in desperate need of your advice, I was in an emotionally abusive relationship and didn’t know where to turn. I managed to leave him in 2020 and I posted here in 2022 with a good update as we’d sold the house and we’d moved. It’s been a tough 4 years of being in and out of court BUT I did it.

He has to have supervised contact until our daughter is basically an adult ! 🎉All I wanted to do was protect her from him and his narcissistic ways!

To anyone here who thinks they can’t leave, like I did. Do everything you can to get the support behind you and save all your texts / evidence, if possible as it really helps in court.

Onwards and upwards now. Good luck to you all. Here if you need any advice.

Please take care xx

Gosh well done you that's huge!! Currently supporting two separate women on a journey to do this against my brother. Hoping they're as strong as you.
