DH has this piercing, had it before I met him, so I can't say if it makes sex with him specifically any better.

Can confirm it has never caused issues with my coils. He can still use condoms, although I believe there is a higher risk of them tearing. It's perfectly healed so doesn't get gunky. It does sometimes catch on teeth and I'm glad I don't have a tongue piercing because that would feel like an accident waiting to happen.
