Me and my ex broke up 7 months ago and maintained a fwb for another 3 months, from which I fell pregnant (currently 5 months pregnant with his child). The whole relationship and breakup was pretty dramatic and chaotic and after falling pregnant, he cut off our physical relationship stating it would become complicated now there' s a baby we will need to co-parent. I was hurt because I still wished things were different so I decided to cut him off completely, and we went limited contact for 2 months, only talking about the baby when needed.
Recently he has started to message me most days and invited me to spend time with him under the excuse of discussing baby plans. I ended up staying the night (he asked), and we shared a bed and cuddled but no intimacy was initiated. We spent the next day together just like we used to.
I haven't heard from him today yet - what could be going on? It's all a bit weird to me. That's not how I would behave with someone that I didn't want to be with.
