Does anyone know what Slotties is?

I tried calling DH only to find he had left his phone at home. As I answered a message popped up from “Slotties”. Turns out DH has 2 email addresses needless to say I only knew about the first one and slotties email the second. I’ve tried googling but can’t work out what it is. Porn site? Cheating site?
Appreciate it doesn’t look good but trying to think it all through rationally.

This is such a mystery. Not a car person and the gambling would shock me more than the cheating bearing in mind personality but I guess anything is possible

The Urban dictionary isn’t reliable. The majority of content is made up by hormonal teenage boys, but then does get used by hormonal teenage boys.
For ‘slottie’ & ‘slotty’ there are the definitions of ‘slutty hottie’ (as opposed to standard sluts and ‘slottie hottie’ which doesn’t make too much sense when ‘slottie’ refers to drug injection - and could relate to heroin addicts (a slottie hottie would then be a hot heroin addict) or injecting drugs during sex - apparently linked to gay orgies - if you believe Urban dictionary, the Daily Mail outrage columns etc

It was a message notification rather than an email as such. I would have to click through the link to read the message. Maybe I should have done that but I kind of froze and put the phone down and started googling “slottie”. Then he came home. I guess I may need to have a peak later to solve the mystery.

I think this website seems most likely in which case it’s pretty innocent unless I’m totally naive or believing what I want to believe. Why the second email address?

We have some shared finances which are very vanilla. We also each have our own account for personal stuff- neither of us has access to the other’s. It’s been like this for more than 15 years. In the last 8 he has been a high earner and I’ve always said I don’t understand where the rest of his money goes ie that doesn’t go in the joint account. He always relies with something really random/that doesn’t cost v much eg “I like newspaper subscriptions” or “you have enough money”. It’s not that I want more money it’s just the transparency (or lack of) that I find weird. However it’s been this way for so long and I have kind of accepted it, difficult to shift now.

If it were me, I'd do some super sleuthing to find out exactly what's what. In the hopes it was something innocent but by sleuthing, you are protecting yourself by having the opportunity to plan 'CoatsProtectionLegue' style.

Sounds like a spam email to me: I get all sorts of weird junk emails inviting me to look at ‘hot chicks’ and buy cheap viagra and I’m a middle aged woman 😂
