Partner's personal hygiene

I'd like my partner to make more effort with his grooming and personal hygiene. He never uses moisturiser, doesn't wear aftershave or even floss his teeth. The worst thing though is that he doesn't wash under his foreskin.
We did discuss this once and he told me that it is tight and uncomfortable to pull back. I suggested he went to the doctor's but he said "it's fine, I'm too old to bother doing anything about it now".
He takes offence very easily and gets very stroppy if he thinks I'm criticizing him, so I haven't brought it up again, but our sex life is almost non-existent these days, and this is a contributing factor. I feel he can't be bothered to make an effort for me, and tbh I don't really fancy him due to this.
How can I approach again (he doesn't take hints)?

I reckon a quick flash round the rim, like you would use a toilet duck, with a waterpik would do the job. Apply moisturiser and aftershave as necessary.

Twenty years of dirty dick is twenty years too many. No amount of moisturiser or aftershave is going to make up for a man who can't wash himself. If he doesn't take hints, fine, you're way beyond hints.

Be direct. It's not your job to save his feelings around this, it's a basic hygeine matter and he needs to hear the truth.

Yes I can see why this would be a problem. I'm really blunt with DH and it works as he gets straight in the shower. He says does it smell? Pulls back his foreskin, I tell him either it's fine here's a gold star or nah, cheese dick go shower.

I know he cleans under his foreskin because we both massively over share. We once watched embarrassing bodies together like you do where they made rugby players swab their arse cracks after showers and discuss cleaning techniques. Makes you rethink how you shower.

My DH had phimosis and was booked for a circumcision. Waiting list was so long and in the meantime he went onto Metformin for diabetes. It sorted itself out and he doesn't need the op!

Flossing is important to prevent diseases.

Not washing under his foreskin is so gross. Not something people need to ask their dh. If your DH didn't do it, you would know.

Also if you have sons that are uncircumcised you need to teach them how to do this.

Totally agree. Has anyone tried vegan cheese? It's the same thing.
