Is Tinder already on some phones (android)

My boyfriend left his phone on the sofa and I saw a notification from the obvious tinder icon pop up on his phone..

I confronted him about it and he said it was already on the phone when he bought it.

It is a new phone to be fair it's a Samsung flip phone.

The phone does come with apps not related to Samsung

It is never ok to settle for someone who treats you like an idiot.

Even if they swear blind they won’t do it again/didn’t mean it/have learn their lesson/just a laugh.

No a new phone doesn’t come with tinder downloaded nor does it create you a tinder account to get notifications and no his friend didn’t create an account for him

I have an Android (Huawei) and Tinder was on the top of the list of suggested apps but it was not installed on the phone (I would have had to download it).
