My boyfriend left his phone on the sofa and I saw a notification from the obvious tinder icon pop up on his phone..

I confronted him about it and he said it was already on the phone when he bought it.

It is a new phone to be fair it's a Samsung flip phone.

The phone does come with apps not related to Samsung

He can't even own up to it.

I was going to suggest asking him how Samsung determine it was Tinder not Grindr he would use & if he things it wouldn't be somewhat problematic for a large Corporate to start making assumptions on their customer's sexuality but second thoughts he's as dumb as a box of rocks if hethinks you would just buy that, I wouldn't waste your time on him.

By all means do this, but don't be reassured if you don't find him. Likely he has deleted his account now you have wind of it or he is not using pictures of his face or his real name. You get a lot of sunset/food/pet pictures etc used by those wanting to start an affair.

I'm on my second Flip phone (I dropped the first) and no Tinder on either, sorry OP.

What's probably happened is that on his old phone, it was in a folder or had a false logo/image and this has not passed over on the transfer. I don't know how things get moved over on new Samsungs so I could be wrong.
