Is there anything my other half can eat to make him taste better to me?

Yes, I'm hiding behind another name here for this question. Basically my other half would like me to swallow when I give him a blowjob, but I don't like the taste and it makes me gag which is not pleasant on both sides. Is there anything he can eat so then it improves the taste?

Pineapple & pineapple juice. Don't know where I read this but I can guarantee it does work.

ELizabetth: there are a wide variety of things (not just sexual) that initially feel uncomfortable yet if we decide there is merit in doing them we persevere. Taking up any kind of exercise routine will result in a few aches and pains to begin with, particularly if you are unfit. Adopting a vegan diet when you have been a meat eater for some time may well result in some bowel commotions at the beginning. The OP states that cocksucking is part of a mutual loving relationship, not the act of some evil male oppressor in her case, so she wants practical advice, not to be told not to do it.

I like to give (and receive blowjobs)

never mind what he eats, work on your technique. Ensure that you listen to him, pay attention to his body language and time him coming with you having his "throbbing member" so far down the bottom of your throat, that you just swallow and taste nothing at all. Relax and open up the back of your throat.

RoyKinnear · 21/10/2007 00:26

just the first few comments made me gag

amytheearwaxbanisher · 21/10/2007 00:31

think my dh would run away with you tiramisu!!!

WeeWitchyWilkie · 21/10/2007 08:01

PMSL at this thread. I once swallowed without realising (I was very drunk) and carried on and on until DH said 'Erm, I came like 10 minutes ago...'

Celery · 21/10/2007 08:27

barf! I'm sat here with a bowl of porridge.

Those of you that have given me advice on what I can get him to do to improve the taste/make it easier, many many thanks.

Those of you that have said I don't want to do it, or that my body doesn't want to do it, you don't even know who the hell I am, so how do you think you know me well enough to say that I am wrong that I want to, and that if my body doesn't like it as the taste currently makes me gag a little. Yeah, GREAT LOGIC - if i take notice of you I never take any medication ever again. Stop being so narrow minded and forcing your dislike of giving your other half something he would severely love onto me. My DP is not forcing me to do this - I am doing it out of choice.

Another point, those saying if you don't like the taste don't go near it think about this one - does your fella love the taste of you down below? Is he still willing to do it?
I know that mine usually likes the taste but there are times when he finds me a bit strong - it doesn't stop him, the reason being is that he knows I love the feeling.

I chose to post under a pseudonym cos I was shy and embarrassed about possibly getting judged about this. WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY do some of you insist on doing this. If I had posted under my real name I would probably be leaving mumsnet never to return because of a certain number of blinkered individuals, thinking that they can tell me what sexually excites me and judging me on this.

IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE THREAD LEAVE IT ALONE - YOU SAW THE TITLE AND WOULD CLEARLY HAVE KNOWN WHAT IT WAS ABOUT. INSTEAD YOU CHOOSE TO COME ON AND DO THIS.

melon apparently. And avoid curries. But I'm sorry don't care if what he's been eating it still makes me retch.... DH knows and accepts this so we adjust things accordingly.

mosschops30 · 21/10/2007 16:49

Iamshy, have you tried swallowing it as if you were swallowing medicine? (I cant explain how you do it, but you know what I mean), so that you dont taste it.

Works for me

OrmIrian · 21/10/2007 16:52

It's not the taste alone though I find. It's the sensation. Like swallowing snot. Sorry.

madamez · 21/10/2007 20:20

Really probably the best bet is to have a glass of something strong-tasting (but delicious) handy and have a quick swig after swallowing. Like a beer with a whisky chaser

mrsmerton · 21/10/2007 20:22

Everytime I see this thread on active conv, it makes me want to hurl! I have swallowed once...NEVER AGAIN. Do you think men would swallow thick liquid if it came spurting out of us? I certainly wouldn't expect my partner to!

mrsmerton · 21/10/2007 20:24

Sorry iamshy, just read your prev. post. I'll bow out...

SeaShells · 21/10/2007 20:30

Apparently red bull makes it taste better?! Or suck some extra strong mints whilst doing it, it'll give him a nice tingly feeling and mask the taste slightly for you. But more importantly, what others have said about it being at the back of your throat, and straight down.

Iamshy · 21/10/2007 23:25

Hi, again thanks for the tips, they are much appreciated!
