Dp of 7 years has left me
It’s been 2 months I’ve now learned that he’s met someone else, she’s met the family etc I just feel so alone our son is 3 I can’t cope he doesn’t even seem to be sad he’s doing all these wonderful things for this woman and it’s killing me he’s moved on so fast I thought he was going to come home. He told me today he felt relieved when he left as it was over in his head for a long time.
Will I ever feel better ?,

When freshwater fisherment want to make sure there's plenty of fish for them to catch, they bait the area with tasty foods for a few days before they actually fish. This trains all the fish to come and take bait in a certain place.

And this is what he is doing to you. He's baiting you, so that if he comes fishing, you will bite.

Then MAKE it over, and stop handing your power to him. He doesn't get to decide whether or not he's in a relationship with you, you do, and you can tell him to fuck off. YOu can threaten him with a goddamned restraining order if he won't stop hassling you.

You can choose how you respond to him. You can alter your position so he does not matter. You can do this. Empowerment is deleting the texts before you read them. Any communication re child to be in email only. Then to be kept to discussion about child. Do not respond in any way to anything else, ever. He will get the message. The problem is you have not let go and are enjoying the attention, because you think perversely, even this is better than being ignored. You need to move on in your head.

Your all right I need to let go..
I’ve wanted him to want me these past two months and now I’m finally coming to terms with things he’s trying to fuck my head up again. He can fuck off with her and she can see what he’s really like
