I'm absolutely terrified of what lies ahead but know I don't really have a choice. I've read lots of stuff online about people gaining massive amounts of weight after, even though they are exercising and being careful what they eat. This isn't mentioned in the information the clinic gave me and fills me with dread. I just want to get back to feeling and looking like my old self again as quickly as possible. Is there any way to avoid or minimise this if it is something that commonly happens?
