Just this really...I called him out on this and he’s shouting that as it was from a manager I don’t like and have complained about the praise doesn’t count...I think he’s missed the point.

Many years ago, probably before most of you were born, my husband said a very similar thing to me. We were divorced within months, it was the final straw. If I see him now, rare as I moved away, I can't believe I ever bothered with him.
