He just texted me demanding I delete a re-tweet I tweeted about the Queen supporting the domestic abuse help budget.

He texted me saying and I quote
'Delete the tweets or everything that has happened up until now will seem minor in comparison'.

He also called me twat and dirty and he said 'I am embarrassed for being with you, I want you to just go away now. Instead you will linger like a bad smell and spew a load of arrogant nonsense for months. Go away from Aberdeen and the UK, away from my attention completely.'

I am sitting in my living room being scared and I dont know what to do. Please talk to me, I am alone!!!!!

mrswarthog · 23/06/2017 20:58

Ring 999 NOW. Ring 01224 593381for Women's Aid. Do not let frighten you, you're not alone.

C0untDucku1a · 23/06/2017 20:59

Is it your house? Do you own it? Of not leave.

ohfourfoxache · 23/06/2017 20:59
  1. Now.
MotherOfBleach · 23/06/2017 21:00

You need to call the Police. 999 if you are in imminent danger, 101 otherwise, as pp said.

Pack a bag and then get on the phone to WA no: 0808 2000 247, they will help you.

Remember important things (id, bank card, drivers license, passport, precious photos, birth certificate)

Please don't wait for him to get home. If you have no friends local, go to your closest Police Station.

Ratbagcatbag · 23/06/2017 21:01

Ring the police, pack a bag, honestly. It doesn't get any better. My mum stayed for years hoping it would.

user1498060624 · 23/06/2017 21:02

I live in a rented room and he knows where it is. We were supposed to meet tomorrow so he can give me the rest of my stuff.

He just texted me asking for me to delete the tweet and I sent I dont point out anyone and he started saying 'delete it or what has happened so far will seem minor in comparison'.

My flatmate is away and I have locked all the doors in case he comes and then I will call the police.

I cannot call the police because I did it once in the past and then my life got worse because I had his entire family coming towards me, texting me at nights calling me ugly, dirty, Greek that I am gross etc.

I am just in my living room shaking waiting what will happen.

I am numb

OP posts:
RenaissanceBunny · 23/06/2017 21:03

Or I can come to you OP if there isn't anyone else you can call.

randomer · 23/06/2017 21:04

Have you got kids

ohfourfoxache · 23/06/2017 21:04

Can anyone come and sit with you?

LoveMyLittleSuperhero · 23/06/2017 21:05

Put a key in the back of any locks (locked) and turn the key slightly so it can't be pushed out. Make sure all windows at ground floor level or with flat roofs under them are locked. Once you done this phone the police then women's aid, or the domestic violence helpline on 08082000247. Tell them exactly what you've told us, you will be taken seriously and they can help.

You can do this, you are so much stronger than you know and there are so many people who can and will help. Posting here was the first step, make sure you're house is secure and get help by phoning those numbers.

Kigali04 · 23/06/2017 21:06

OP you will be ok, he is doing this as he is losing control of you and is trying to get it back. Delete him from twitter and put all your social media accounts on private. Also I would recommend you go stay elsewhere for the weekend eh. Friend, family, when you go and get the rest of your things do not go alone ask the police to go with you, trust me they will, when I was a teen the police went with me to collect belongings from my dads house and he want even threatening me but I was scared. As you a victim of abuse they will go with you. He is doing this because he can see your getting stronger without home. I hope your ok Flowers
