Quick update for those who have followed my story

I have not posted much recently on here re my separation, but thought I would pop on tonight & give a little update for all who have followed my threads & kept me going through my many blips over the last couple of years!

Hopefully things are now moving on quite a bit & I will soon be in my own place with the boys.
I am in the process of buying a house atm & hopefully the survey is being done on Tuesday, so it (hopefully) shouldn't be much longer now,
H has just had an offer accepted on a flat, which he seems to be quite happy about. I am just praying nothing falls through now!
It has been a rather stressful 9 months, which I wouldn't have managed to get through without the support I received from you lot, so thank you.

Haven't watched your story - sorry, but am glad you seem to be putting your life back together and seem to be looking forward to the future.

Oh, I have just worked out who you are (I think). Either way, am very pleased for you at these new developments, messyone.
Make sure you change your name to messyresurgens or Triumphantone when you are finally in your new place with the boys because you've had a long hard slog to get there Fingers crossed all goes smoothly with the house

My name is just a slight alteration of my last one, so people have a good idea who I am!
The house I'm buying is also the beginning of our chain & it is very near to the school, which is good!

Saw my solicitor the other week & he seems pretty pleased with how things are progressing.

Terrific news, messy. So glad things are moving on in a positive way. Has ex-h finally accepted that you won't be deflected from your chosen path? Are you parents any better about your decision?

We are still together in the house atm & will be until the bitter end!
H seems quite positive about his flat, but I do fear he is not going to let go fully too easily, and he still spends loads of time with my parents - he sees far more of them than I do!

Parents would still do anything to stop this happening, but think they have had to accept that it is happening & thats that!

Been round parents house today because of Mothers Day, and dad forbid me from their PC because he thinks the computer has done far too much damage!!
I only wanted to check something I was selling on ebay!!!
