Better thank you Pig Smile Funeral was on Monday and I feel more peaceful about everything now, still sad obviously but not on edge anymore. Anxiety meds help when I need them (beta blockers so only use when necessary) do overall I feel back in control, mostly anyway Blush

How's everything with you? Anyone else still here and if so let us know how you are? Feel like we need to keep our little team together so we're here if Wind needs us.

I'm still here. Bloody knee went wonky again last week so I'm off sick until at least the end of the month. Got another MRI tomorrow to see if I've done something nasty. Sigh.
