I apologise for the terrible thread title, but I didn't have a clue what to go with and could no longer ask your advice Grin
I still like train edition but didn't want to use it incase it's terrible, which it probably is.

So here we are, part three of the 'I've met someone' saga.
The first thread was very positive and exciting, the second was mostly negative for all of us and here we are starting the third!

Let's make it a good one! Smile

I am coming over to England, if Eurostar will let me, and the very Non-European UK will accept a French citizen in its closing borders, but I'll be in the South East (Heaven help me), Sweeney

Care to elaborate on how I know you Sweeney? Wink

ThisIsTheRightTime · 28/06/2016 21:02

Ahh, the infamous AIBU threads, Crazy! I'm glad posting there helped you. I'm almost too afraid to step into the AIBU zone. I'd be scared to lose an arm, a leg and my dignity.

No, sigh, my tickets are still not sorted. More calls to my lovely bank advisor and a trip to the station will hopefully help tomorrow. Seriously, I wonder what the problem can be.

SweeneyToddFlyingSquad · 28/06/2016 21:06

CrazyDuchess · 28/06/2016 21:15

SweeneyToddFlyingSquad · 28/06/2016 21:16

TheSilveryPussycat · 28/06/2016 21:33

My boiler is in, no bother. They are coming back to do the final testing and paperwork tomorrow. Since this is in part a thread for appreciating men, I think I can report that Older Plumber was quite nice, actually! (Younger Plumber kept calling me "Dear", I explained I did not like that much (makes me feel he thinks of me as an Old Dear), and suggested "flower" or "petal" instead, as am in NE.)

CrazyDuchess · 28/06/2016 21:33

Hahaha ahhh you two are too much.....

ProfessorPickles · 28/06/2016 21:35

I've been trying to post for a good 30 minutes, the app doesn't seem to like me anymore Sad

Same area as me silver...good evening...or should that be now then pet
Duchess...I'll never be too much 😉

ThisIsTheRightTime · 28/06/2016 21:37

Good evening Silvery! I'm jolly glad your boiler is in! Wink I'm pretty sure your plumber isn't half as nice as my car mechanic...but probably lovelier than my plumber and electrician combined. Grin Actually, scrap that. Both my plumber and electrician are very kind. 'How much do I owe you?' 'Oh, forget about it'. 'Really? Again?'

Yep, they are both generous souls. But not as attractive as Silvery's Older Plumber. Wink

SweeneyToddFlyingSquad · 28/06/2016 21:37

Prof....I've been waiting for you....we need to get our uptown girl routine sorted....I've brought my own bike

I've met someone and I don't know how to finish this title.
ProfessorPickles · 28/06/2016 21:39

Hope everyone is well!

My first day went far better than expected, it was just a 5 hour shift today but even by the end of the shift my confidence was really high and I was feeling very comfortable. Everyone was lovely, both staff and customers Smile

Nothing to update on graphics man, I didn't reply to him all day long (massive hypocrite) because I just haven't had a minute to do so! I replied an hour or so ago.

Who's having a hen do? Smile I'm just happy to be invited.

The day after tomorrow This, just two sleeps go go! I hate counting in sleeps but here I am, being a hypocrite again Grin
