Met at 27. Married at 31. First DC born at 33. Expecting DC2 in July (I'm 37).

I was 23 when I got married, 24 when I had my first child.

18 when I had my first child.

21 when I got married, 33 when I got divorced.

35 when I met the absolute love of my life.

Met at 16, married at 22, kids at 27.

Don't panic OP - things can change very quickly - I know someone who met/married/baby within 18 months and she was 37/38

But OP, I've seen your other thread and I really wouldn't worry. You're still young. My sister met her boyfriend when she was 31, they've been together for 18 months, now live together and are getting married in August. She's planning on TTC as soon as they're married. She was very worried like you, for years she wanted to get married and have children and thought it would never happen.

I was mostly single in my late 20s and early 30s so I was panicking. I was wisely told to not judge people on initial impressions and go with the flow. I actually asked DH out which is very unlike me.

Life changes so fast even in a few months everything can change.

On the other hand:
My grandmother was about 31 when she met my grandfather and her first child about a year later.
My mother met my father at 34/35 and had me at 37.

And a friend of mine met her husband when she was about 33, and had several DC in pretty quick succession.

Met DP aged 30, had DCs age 33 and 35.

Just read your other thread too, I remember feeling exactly the same when I was 29. I wish it was possible to see into the future so that I knew I'd meet someone, then I would have enjoyed being single rather than fretting about never meeting anyone and counting how many years of fertility I had left

I have friends having their first children in their 40s and it doesn't seem unusual nowadays.

Met at 16. First child at 21. Last at 29. Now 31.

Met at 19, engaged at 24, married at 26.
No kids yet (I'm nearly 30) but hopefully in the next 4/5 years or so.

I really wouldn't panic OP. Out of my friendship group, less than 20% of us are married and no kids yet

Married at 20. Divorced though so still looking for "the one" . Currently single at 31.

Ha! Met my future husband at 22, first DC at 27, married at 30, second DC 31, separated at 37, now 41, still awaiting "the one", but actually I don't think "the one" exists, just lots of "ones"!!

Saying that ex is married to a lady whom he met when she was 37ish, and they met, moved in, married and have just welcomed dc1 within the space of less than 2 years
