This is probably a stupid question - but do we think it is bored children or bored mums causing most of the mischief? There have been so weird posts for sure- I thought it was maybe a full moon. Or that I had been taking drugs and just not realised!

Did you play stocking ball? We used to put a tennis ball in a stocking, stand with our back to the wall, hold the end of the stocking & swing our arm to bounce the ball off the wall. We'd bounce it over our head, under our arm, under our leg, side to side. Hours of fun!

We played stocking ball - except it was like tag & we use the ball in the sock to "tag" the runners..... I am sure they wouldn't allow it now days.
