I poop when I orgasm......... not sexy

I dont know what to do about this, so far I have been trying not to orgasm.

My kids are late teens, and this is a fairly recent thing, so It's not due to childbirth damage.

It's the most unsexy thing in the world, i always run to the shower and cry while I clean myself up, the bf is very good and will change the bedding. God only knows what's going through the poor guys head.

I like sex, a lot, so I don't want to stop doing it, but it's putting me off, and as I mentioned earlier, I try not to orgasm, fecking awful situation.

Only time i'm not self conscious about this is when there's drink involved. I forget about the worries, then poop, and feel even worse!!!!!

This is more a health issue than anything....

It's called faecal incontinence and it's your pelvic floor that needs toning up.

Go see your GP and ask for a referral to a women's physio for assessment and exercises to do.

This doesn't sound any more unusual than penis beaker tbh.
