Gizmo · 07/09/2006 18:28

No, sometimes I sleep in bed at night as well. Or read. Or listen to the radio. Or eat toasted teacakes (filthy cow that I am)

FrannyandZooey · 07/09/2006 18:28

I think there must be loads, Northerner, because when we used to explain ds was co-sleeping with us the first question anyone ever asked was "but how do you...erm..?"

Steppy1 · 07/09/2006 18:29

I wish !!

Northerner · 07/09/2006 18:29

Lol. I mean only ever have sex in bed, not on the kitchen table, sofa, hall floor, stairs, swinging from rafters etc!!!

Just have sex? No sleep?

Pinkchampagne · 07/09/2006 18:31

We used to have sex in bed at night, now we don't have sex anywhere, anytime!!

beckybrastraps · 07/09/2006 18:31

Ah!

Piffle · 07/09/2006 18:31

99% of it is in bed as our 12 yr old goes to bed at the same time as us during the weekends, and dp works away weekdays so... we have little choice
Although we did cop a couple when Wimbledon was on in the living room
And oh that would be about June time
oh and I'm 12 weeks pregnant
shall I call my baby after Wimbledon?

hermykne · 07/09/2006 18:33

before children , wherever, now the bed ROOM,

Gizmo · 07/09/2006 18:34

Actually Piffle, 'Wimbledon' has an, ummm, novel ring to it.

Or you could go down the posh'n'becks route and call it 'living room'

MoreTeaAnyone · 07/09/2006 18:39

Bedroom only. I'm knackered once the kids go to bed and usually I'm straight to bed after them, on mn of course!!!

Dh finds me in there if he needs me.

mummyhill · 07/09/2006 18:48

Mostly in bed yes but not allways at night. DH misses being more spontaneous but kids kind of cramp your style.

Twiglett · 07/09/2006 18:48

I try to avoid sex in general tbh

marthamoo · 07/09/2006 18:52

I don't think I knew you were pregnant - piffle. Congratulations!

I did all that sex in uncomfortable places before I was married. A friend of mine (married, 3 kids, and - no - not a euphemism for me) has a penchant for doing it down dark alleyways and in graveyards (with her dh, usually after a rare night out). Can't see the point myself - I like my comfy bed and bathroom facilities

I rarely have sex in bed, Its usually in other more intresting places, although its kinda nice to go back to basics at times!

I had nachos and chicken wings in bed today!

NomDePlume · 07/09/2006 19:03

No, I do it on the front lawn in full view of the neighbours and passing traffic

motherinferior · 07/09/2006 19:04

On consideration, a large majority of my sex life has taken place in bed and frequently at night. But it has involved a lot of different people, before I took up with the man who fathered the Inferiorettes, so does that count?

NomDePlume · 07/09/2006 19:04

Sometimes we wear gimp masks so that we won;t be recognised in Tesco.

Glassofwine · 07/09/2006 19:05

Bed mostly, night mostly - occassionally morning, sometimes the sofa (think dh spots I'm in the mood and knows I'm likely to fall asleep,so pounces)

ilovecaboose · 07/09/2006 19:06

Yep - but alongside ds we have a lodger and I don't think he'd be too impressed

iota · 07/09/2006 19:06

beds are so practical - spacious, comfortable, private......

oh god I'm getting old
