Scared for the future

Just confronted husband with knowledge of him trying to hook up with other women
He is trying to blame me
He is going to be a complete bastard
Threats, etc
The future is so scary- what the fuck is he going to do
I think he's capable of anything

I agree - I did too. There is no shame in you rallying the troops and telling folk what he did - you are going to need your friends and family and their support in these coming weeks and months. There is no reason why you should gloss over or cover for his appalling behaviour - it is his shame, not yours.

Why do I feel so stupidly loyal

Actually I think I'm scared that if I do it will cause trouble, and he will veer off the reasonable path

Your call

SandyDilbert · 29/11/2013 08:20

I think also by saying it out loud to people you are acknowledging it is real and part of you doesn't want to believe it is happening.

Feeling bad today, v emotional
When I start thinking about what he's actually done and how deluded he is, I just despair
