do you mind? dh's been picking me up since we first married,(i was 'underweight' then). i thought since i'd given birth, it would be the end of it. but nooooooo, he doesn't mind picking up an over 10st (slightly)woman.
i found it very weird, and wonder if others still get carried around, especially in the least ideal moments.

I married him because he was the only male of my acquaintance capable of balancing my well upholstered 6' frame on his shoulders at gigs!

I'm with serenity - far too big for dh! You've got me all nostalgic for my first big crush though - when I was young and slim(mer!) and he used to tease me by pretending to throw me in the canal! Aaaahhhh, I loved flirting!

Yep......he goes a funny dark red colour in the face though .He always managed to do it (just) even when I was at my heaviest but now I've lost weight and he's been working on building sites AND working out with weights he almost chucks me over his shoulder when he tries. i'm 5'11 tall and just under 11 stone but he is built like a brick-sh*t house....

Why he does though I don't know.....

He'll occasionaly pick me up and give me a "twizzer" - but has to sit down for a while after it

He used to be able to carry me through to bed, even though he would batter my headoff every door frame.

Now if I say, oh carry me though I get a sort of scared yeh right sort of a look. I am a bit heavier these days .
