No, really! I hadn't had my eyebrows threaded for a month or so (nice) and I had them done last week and the girl peered at me and said 'you do realise you have a hair.. er.. on your chin.. and it's really annoying me' mortified
she said it loudly too
what's worse is, I had never seen it how long had it lived there!?

Ah MrsShrek. Tomorrow, I shall be in a darkened lecture theatre in a hospital for a surgery masterclass from 8am onwards, til 7pm.. no daylight, except for glimmer of light at lunch when nobody can leave but we get free sandwiches

I am wondering if I have various hair inducing diseases [clearly I do not have congenital adrenal hyperplasia, various adenomas.. etc..] It's just me, I'll be one of those really old ladies with wiry chin hair sat on a park bench drinking pimms at 3am and all the schoolchildren will laugh at my impressive white and dramatic beard

Hair is mysterious stuff. I sometimes find one hair growing from my mid temple, quite long, and another behind my knee.???

OK Jynier, was a bit out of the blue - I didn't agree with the tone rather the sentiment was, I hope, a well meaning one - sometimes it can be frustrating to not be able to get someone to see something they should do, when the only mode of communication is a computer screen, I just want you to be happy (so far as any of us can be) and seeing your GCs etc is a great thing

Morning all! I don't know why mumsnet deleted that post - Jynier said she understood & it was spot on! Anyhoo - hope you all had a lovely weekend! I did the singing workshop saturday which was amazing & then walked up to the beacon & weeded & mowed front & back gardens yesterday! Now to body pump at gym! Ouchy feet!
