Had a family bbq and now alone at home missing my ex i want to text him telling him how much i miss him but know i shouldn't howdy other cope with these sad lonely moments ?

I'm not sure? Maybe because he had left but wants to keep his options open and so doesn't want to piss you right off but instead keep you hanging a bit or maybe cos he is cold and uncaring and takes a "none of your business" attitude.
