Anybody with an iPhone 3 please help - can porn sites somehow show in advanced options?

I would be so grateful if someone with an iPhone 3 could help as the google searches are not very comprehensive. I looked at my husbands iPhone last night and in settings, safari, advanced options it lists a lot of websites. Many that were listed were porn sites and adult dating sites.

My husband swears he has not looked at these sites and says they must be cookies... The advanced option is only on iPhone 3. I don't suppose someone with an iPhone 3 could check for me and see if there are any sites listed there that they have not visited? Thank you so much in advance.

Gosh, I know it's horrible. Is the looking at porn a deal breaker for you? Because the hook up stuff COULD be coming up on the back of the porn stuff if that helps you at all?

This would be a deal breaker for me unforch, the lies more than anything else would just shake my trust too much, but I absolutely understand that this isn't necessarily the case for everyone.

Of course I would have clicked them Silly. I have enormous sausage fingers and that coin dozer game is particularly cumbersome...it doesn't change the fact that the likelihood that COIN DOZER is placing pornographic and web hook up sites in the OP's husband's phone is vanishingly small!

It is horrible and it's the lies that really hurts because he's so convincing (if he is lying). I wouldn't want to be with the sort of person who visits any of the sites tbh - some our just vile and it's difficult to differentiate what he may and may not have done. Just can't even look at him at the moment - he's really trying which makes me more suspicious because surely he should be angry that I looked at his phone?

Curiouslife - why were you checking in the first place? Did you have suspicions that he's been cheating? Has he history of porn use that's troubled your relationship?

To be honest I think he's been on porn. To have a clear history means he has deleted it first. Same thing happened to me a while back but not with porn. I checked the messages on my boyfriends phone and they were empty. Out of curiosity I checked a folder called 'reports' and had seen he had been texting a girl all the time behind my back. He thought deleting the texts was enough to hide it but he didn't know that reports saved on his phone. So what I'm trying to say is I think your husbands clever enough to delete browsing history but not clever enough to delete the cookies! The way to find out though is to delete all cookies then go on the slot machine game and then check the cookies again surely!

Think it might be that he loves you and is worried about losing you more than he cares about the fact you looked at his phone.

Good advice. He's been reallly secretive recently and constantly checking his phone and kinds of tilts it away from me iyswim. No time for affair but interestingly he has blank text messages too.... No idea what they could signify. He'd also texted himself (green then White message both from him) some random things - all a bit odd

Can you expand on the texts to himself?

Weird things like the cat is sick but not catching (sent to and from himself) ie listed twice both messages the same and both seeming to come from him - that's odd isn't it?

I vaguely remember a thread on here once about someone texting themselves.

Was it texting themselves both ways? I could understand one way texts to remind yourself of something but a bit odd both ways

My iPhone 4 has this option too. I recognise pretty much all the sites as ones I have visited, as said before.

The texting thing is weird! Go and ask him why hes done that i really want to know too!

Did he save he's number as 'me' or is it just displaying he's number on the text?

Messages just from his number... I haven't asked him about them yet as I was more concerned about adult meeting up for no strings! I'm sure it will all out eventually but am already being a bit weird and looking for spy traps. Need to get a grip I think
