Hi there..well i met this lovely person off the internet and we seem to hit it off. He's very old school romantic like Bram Strokers dracula kind of romantic.
He is 75 but still looks good on it..he hasn't got much money so befor anyone thinks i with him for money it not.
He knows i'm a single mum and he said that's not a problem. I haven't had a bloke care for me like this for a long time..do you think it matters that he's that age? Just tell me honestly..

I'm 19 and my partner is 41. We have been together nearly a year now and have so much in common. Family and friends think we work so well together. So long as u like this person and u have things in common I don't see a problem with it at all. Hope all works out for you Smile

Depends how old you are. But I am 47 and wouldn't date a 75 year old. He may look good on it, but his health is unlikely to last past his early 80's. Unless it is a short fling you will be in danger of becoming his carer.

lesley33 · 06/01/2012 17:21

You are only 36! Then no I wouldn't. He is likely to get more tired than you which matters in terms of leisure time and holidays. Erectile dysfunction is very common - if not now, may happen soon. And there are very few lively and healthy people in their 80's.

My fecking message didn't post before..i'll do it again. Im 37, not a writer..lol I usually do get with younger blokes but find them a bit immature sometimes.
My friend he managed to get his up..lol I've got to do it more for longer tho. He is a Welsh man don't know much about people from wales only they have that funny accent like mafanwy off little britain..lol

I thought you said you were 36? In your post 4 hours later you are 37?

And your man is a strapping bloke from up north? Then 4 hours later your post says he is from Wales?

Oh just go for it - if you like him! What the hell? You might both drop dead at any stage soon....just enjoy THE MOMENT! Nothing else really exists. Stop analysing the bloody thing. It might go tits up in a month/year whatever so why over-analyse?
