I suppose I just wondered how many people had really got the life they had intended?

i never had any expectations, i think i unconsciously believed i wouldn't live past 25! Nearly 30 now... never wanted to have children. Single mum, living life of poverty, but generally i am very, very happy, but I am starting to think now that i need to plans plans & have ambitions, which i never had before...

Not quite living the life I expected at 34! I expected to be married, have 2 kids, have enough money just to get by and be very very happy............!

Reality check - Am engaged but not married to the man I love (still optimistic that it might be in the next year though), have 3 stepchildren but no kids of my own....... Yet! Struggle to buy even a magazine a month let alone anything else due to cost of CSA payments for said stepkids...... However, when the above 3 points change, I should be very very very happy!
